Manufacturing

Manufacturing process

Our yarns are made through the Ring Spun or Worsted Spun manufacturing process.

I+D+R

Our R&D team is constantly researching new fibers to remain at the forefront of technical yarn technology. Ongoing exploration of new fibers allows us to both develop new products and improve existing ones.

Yarn finishes

We have two color cards available for all Drytex products, as well as the option to produce any color requested by our clients, either through a physical sample or Pantone TPX.

All our yarns undergo sweat, water, light, dry rub, and wet rub fastness tests, among others.

COUNTS

Our count range is from 1/20 Nm (12/1 Ne) to 1/80 Nm (47/1 Ne). This range is also subject to fiber restrictions, so before starting any new project, we will advise on the optimal range for achieving consistent yarn quality.
